Oats are nutrient-rich grains packed with the natural goodness of wholegrain and cholesterol-fighting soluble fibre. They have a pleasant, nutty flavour that makes for a delicious breakfast cereal and a great baking ingredient. Ideal for muesli.

Use in your own muesli mix or recipe. To make Bircher Muesli soak oats, other flakes, seeds, dried fruit as desired, in water or juice overnight. Add fresh fruit, berries etc and mix with yoghurt or milk, add honey or similar sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
